The Little Architecture

Located in Solihull, The Little Architecture Company is a chartered architecture practice led by Nicola Hopwood, a registered architect with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and the Architects Registration Board (ARB). With a wealth of experience in delivering new-build and refurbishment projects across the West Midlands, Warwickshire, and Worcestershire, our company specialises in housing, masterplanning, and individual country residences.

We have developed strong relationships with local planning authorities and have secured a broad range of complex planning permissions for our clients.

Building Regulations and Construction Drawings

We provide Building Regulations Drawings and can be appointed for full construction drawings subject to requirement and the nature of a project.

Contract Administration and Project Management on Site

We have close links with reliable and skilled builders, engineers, and quantity surveyors to assist in bringing your project to life. Our experienced team is happy to manage the final stages of your build, including tendering the project, advising on appropriate contracts, and reviewing the works as they progress on site.

About Nicola Hopwood

As the lead architect at The Little Architecture Company, Nicola Hopwood is a chartered architect registered with the RIBA and ARB. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Nicola has worked on numerous award-winning projects for clients including Urban Splash, Hammerson, Argent, and Kent Police. Nicola is an RIBA external examiner for RIBA North West and has examined for several other architectural institutions.
