Graham Binnington Architects is an RIBA Chartered Practice based in Beverley, East Yorkshire. We are a small, contemporary practice with over 35 years of experience in the architecture and construction industry, championing design through client collaboration. Our passion is to create beautiful, useful spaces that respond attentively to context, the environment, and the client's brief. We believe our responsibility is to enhance the built environment while fulfilling the clients' requirements and budget. This collaborative approach is key to our success, as evident in our ongoing working relationships with external consultants and numerous repeat clients.

We pride ourselves on our expertise in various sectors, including domestic residential, commercial, leisure, and retail. Our domestic residential projects range from beautiful extensions and remodels to bespoke houses and small housing developments. We strive to conceive flexible spaces that will suit different lifestyles and sustainable solutions that will perform excellently for years to come. In the commercial sector, we focus on office refurbishments, while in leisure and retail, we have completed projects such as cafes, restaurants, apart-hotels, and sporting facilities.

Our team consists of experienced professionals, including Graham Binnington, the Director, who is a Chartered Architect with over 30 years of experience. Graham is registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB) and is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). He studied at Liverpool University and Hull School of Architecture, gaining his Degree in Architecture with Honours and his post-graduate Bachelor of Architecture with Distinction. Joanne Binnington, our Administration and Finance Director, contributes to the smooth running of the office, handling book-keeping, project time records, invoicing, and day-to-day administration. Tom Lamping, an Architect, is also part of our team, bringing his expertise in various projects.

Our Process

Our process involves collaborative work within the practice and with clients and external consultants to ensure that every project meets the highest standards.
