Founded in 1986 by Jamie Scarrott, our company has grown from humble beginnings to become a leading provider of commercial and office cleaning, security, and maintenance services across the West Midlands. Our Story

Our story begins in the 1970s when Jamie Scarrott's father founded a thriving cleaning business. Jamie spent many years working under his father's guidance, honing his skills and learning the importance of delivering exceptional service. In 1986, Jamie decided to take the plunge and establish his own cleaning company, Clean Image. The early years were marked by a focus on domestic and small commercial cleaning assignments, allowing Jamie to develop a loyal customer base that would become the foundation for further expansion.

Growth and Expansion

As the business grew, Clean Image welcomed Darren Blakeway as a partner in 1995. Darren brought valuable skills and expertise to the company, helping us expand our services to cater to the needs of larger corporations. In 1999, we landed a significant retail contract with James Beattie Plc, and we quickly established a strong working relationship with them. This marked the beginning of our retail arm, which now boasts a portfolio that includes household names such as House of Fraser, Harvey Nichols, PC World, and many more.

Public Sector and ISO Accreditation

In 2011, we turned our attention to the public sector, securing long-term contracts with various institutions, including Wyre Forest District Council, Newcastle under Lyme Borough Council, Stafford and Cannock Hospitals, and many more. This marked a significant milestone in our company's history, as we demonstrated our commitment to delivering exceptional services to public sector organizations.
