AJ Projects is a family-run business established in 2008 by Andrew Carter, a fully qualified joiner with over a decade of experience in the industry. Based in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside, just outside York, AJ Projects provides a comprehensive range of building services to clients throughout the region. Andrew's journey began at York College, where he honed his skills during a three-year apprenticeship, culminating in a NVQ level 3 qualification, concentrating on specialised joinery techniques. After gaining valuable experience working with William Ainley's, restoring and renovating historic buildings and churches alongside modern homes, Andrew decided to establish AJ Projects, initially focusing on joinery services. Over the years, the company has evolved significantly, expanding its expertise into managing and executing full-scale building projects. Today, AJ Projects takes pride in its ability to oversee every aspect of a project, from initial consultation and design through to completion, offering clients a seamless and trusted experience.
