Dorset Lawn Care is an independent professional family-owned lawn care company, run by Peter and Richard Brown, who have over 20 years of experience between them in the lawn care industry. Based in Osmington near Weymouth, our aim is to produce a healthy, lush, weed-free lawn for all of our customers. We achieve this through our structured year-round treatment programme and the use of only the top-quality fertilizers and herbicide products. Being a member of the UK Lawn Care Association also enables us to get much-needed support and access to the best products and information in the lawn care industry.

Services

We offer a wide range of services including Weed and Feed Treatments, Winter Moss Control Treatment, Mechanical Scarifying, Mechanical Aeration, and Additional Treatments for various lawn problems such as Red Thread, Fusarium, and Dry Patch. Our treatment programme starts in the Spring with a balanced slow release granular fertilizer and a selective liquid weed control, followed by a non-scorch drought-safe semi-organic granular fertilizer and another selective liquid weed control in the Summer. In the Autumn, we apply a premium granular product to help combat the Winter months' weather and maintain lawn colour and vigour. Our Moss control treatment is Iron Sulphate, applied through a knapsack or motorized sprayer, and we also offer Mechanical Aeration to ease soil compaction and enable the root zone to accept vital nutrients, air, and water.
