We do not use commissioned salespeople, which ensures that our customers receive unbiased advice and guidance.
Our Team
Our team is small, close-knit, and loyal. Roger and Juliette Watson have been at the helm of the business for over three decades. Roger joined the business straight from school in 1981 and took over from Mr. Hurren and Mr. Glynn when they retired. Juliette has been involved in the business since 1997, bringing her extensive background in finance and administration to the table. Our team includes Kate, Roger and Juliette's daughter, who has recently joined us after a career change. Darren, Roger's cousin, has been with us since 1989, and Chris, a long-term family friend, brings his wealth of experience in retail and management to our team. Logan, Roger and Juliette's great-nephew, is our Warehouse Operative/Apprentice Carpet Fitter.
