Home Survey (Homebuyer Report) Level 2: This report is suitable for all conventional houses and flats built after approximately 1900.

Building Surveys Level 3: This report is suitable for all houses and flats of any age.

Expert Witness Report: Suitable for legal disputes such as defective works, housing disrepairs, etc.
