At Space, we have had the privilege of working on a wide range of exciting projects, each one presenting a unique challenge and opportunity. Some of our notable projects include Blakeley Farm, a converted dairy farm in Knutsford, Cheshire, and Marple Bridge, a feasibility project for a client with a severely sloping site in the Peak District.

Blakeley Farm

Blakeley Farm is a converted dairy farm located in the rural village of Mobberley, Knutsford, Cheshire. The site comprises of a cluster of agricultural buildings all of which will be retained and converted to a main dwelling, stable, 4 car garage, and bat barn. The converted dwelling comprises of 5 bedrooms and associated living spaces over 7000 sqft. The project is valued at 1.5M and is currently under review, with an end date unknown.

Marple Bridge

Marple Bridge is a feasibility project for a client that wanted to explore what was possible on a severely sloping site in the Peak District. We provided a design for a 4-bed, 3-bath home with two wings, one for living and one for sleeping, linked via a series of terraces at different levels. The design also includes a 2-car garage, double-height kitchen, living space, and is situated 15m off the ground to provide incredible views across the valley.
