Our Story

RTB Plumbing was established in 1983 by Robin Crook, a City & Guilds trained plumber and Gas Safety Register member. We've built an extensive database of regular, long-standing customers, and we're proud to have established an excellent reputation in boiler installations and maintenance over the last 32 years. We regularly undertake further training to stay up-to-date with the latest regulations and developments in our field, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services, including boiler installation and maintenance, bathroom installations and maintenance, and commercial services. We're specialists in boiler breakdown and fault finding, and we make every effort to complete repairs with minimal disruption and inconvenience to our customers. We're also happy to offer advice and assistance tailored to your individual needs.

Boiler Installation & Maintenance

We install and maintain all types of domestic gas boilers, including condensing, condensing-combination, condensing system, and condensing open-vented boilers. We're an approved registered installer of 'A' Rated Vaillant domestic gas boilers, and we regularly attend training courses to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in this field. We maintain and service all types of domestic gas boilers, and we carry a large range of spare parts to minimize the need for return visits.

Central Heating Installations

We offer a full bespoke service to ensure that our customers receive the system that's best suited to their needs. We only use the highest-quality materials, and our work is carried out to the highest standard. We offer a range of options, including combination boilers with instant hot water or traditional hot water tank systems, vented or unvented, to provide stored hot water.

Commercial Boiler Installation & Maintenance

We install and maintain all types of commercial gas boilers, from atmospheric conventional flued boilers to modern commercial condensing boilers. We specialize in installing the Vaillant Eco range of wall-hung boilers, and we offer both servicing and maintenance of these boilers.

Energy Saving Controls

As an approved installer of Honeywell controls, we carry a selection of their programmers, room stats, and programmable stats to suit most customers' needs. We're also an approved installer of their flagship heating control, the Evohome System, which provides the ability to zone 12 areas from one controller unit.
