Electrical Installation

We provide a wide scope of domestic electrical services, including additional electrical socket outlets, light fittings replaced or upgraded to LED, LED downlights/spotlights installed, additional lights installed, shaver sockets and bathroom mirrors, extractor fans, fusebox upgrades, and full and part rewires. Our team of experienced electricians is qualified to Part P of the Building Regulations and is listed as a Registered Competent Person - Electrical.

Electrical Maintenance

Our maintenance services include upgrades to RCD protection and surge protection, upgrades to AFDD (arc-fault detection devices), EV charger servicing, light switch and socket outlet replacements, light bulb changes, electric heating equipment replacements, kitchen appliance upgrades, electric shower replacements, and extractor fan servicing.

Fault Finding & Condition Inspection Reports (EICRs)

Our team of experts specializes in fault finding and condition inspection reports. We provide electrical circuit fault finding, tracing earth faults and short circuits, identifying nuisance circuit breaker tripping, and inspections to ensure your property is safe and compliant with electrical regulations.
