Quality of Work
The quality of work provided by Dovetail Design and Joinery seems to be a mixed bag. Some customers, such as Lawrie & Clare and Trevor Hayton, have reported being extremely happy with the quality of their products, citing well-made front doors and windows that match their original specifications. On the other hand, Andrew Peters had a terrible experience with the installation, calling it "appalling".
Customer Service
The level of customer service provided by Dovetail Design and Joinery also appears to be inconsistent. Lucy Peters had a wonderful experience with Chris, who went above and beyond to accommodate her daughter's needs, while Matt Cook had a disastrous experience with Christian, who was rude and arrogant. Darren Wood reported having a great experience with Chris, who was always available to answer questions and provide advice.
Communication
Communication seems to be a major issue with Dovetail Design and Joinery. Pete Wilson reported very poor communication and an unprofessional design process, while Matt Cook had trouble getting a response from Christian after an initial consultation.
