Our RICS-qualified surveyors provide valuation advice for a variety of purposes, including secured lending, probate purposes, pension funds, accounting purposes, and expert witness. We offer two types of RICS surveys: the Condition Report and the Home Buyer Report. Our Condition Report service describes the construction and condition of the property, identifies any problems that require attention or are serious, and identifies things that need to be investigated further to prevent serious damage. Our Home Buyer Report service covers all aspects of the Condition Report and provides additional information to help clients decide whether they need extra advice before committing to a purchase.
