Our Team
Our team is led by Neil Railton, Founder and Principle of Blink Architecture, who has over 20 years of architectural design experience. Neil is a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Architecture Technologists (CIAT) and is dedicated to delivering exceptional results that meet the highest standards.
Our team also includes Matt Reed, Director, who has 16 years of architectural design experience and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Architecture Technologists (CIAT). Marc Rand, our Architectural Technician, has 10 years of experience, and Rachael Vass, also an Architectural Technician, has 8 years of experience. Together, we offer a unique and personal approach to architectural design, working closely with you to bring your vision to life.
