At Calder Joinery, we are a traditional joinery manufacturing company based in Todmorden, OL14 8NJ. We specialize in creating bespoke timber products for a diverse range of clients, from large national construction companies to local joinery installation contractors. Our expertise spans a wide variety of timbers, including specialist hardwoods and sustainable, environmentally friendly timbers such as Accoya.

Windows

We manufacture a wide range of traditional timber windows in various styles to suit any home or commercial property. From authentic sliding sash windows to ultra-modern tilt and turn, we cater to every style and requirement. Our traditional mouldings or the more modern architectural look, combined with a variety of tried and tested timbers, gives a high-quality appearance to any property.

We source the best possible materials, including revolutionary ones such as Accoya, the best performing double glazing, and high-quality eco-friendly timber paint/stain finishes on the market. Doors

We make a wide range of traditional and modern style doors & entrance frames to suit any project. We produce a wide range of doors fully factory finished, from Victorian style through to fully glazed where the view is important. We even match existing styles when required for listed buildings or areas of natural importance, for both domestic and commercial properties.

Although we manufacture these products from a wide variety of materials including tropical hardwoods, our goal is to make all our timber products fully sustainable and carbon neutral. For this, we are now using more eco-friendly timbers such as traditional redwoods with our biggest switch coming from hardwood to Accoya, a modified redwood in plentiful sustainable supply with a carbon negative footprint over its lifetime. Unlike plastic or composite products, ours are 100% natural and recyclable and if made using modified timbers will last a real lifetime.

All our doors are CE marked and conform to the latest building regulations. We also fit the highest security hardware as standard and use high-quality paint finishes, so your door is ready to operate straight out of the box. This reduces site work and improves quality.
