• Michael Hughes, Managing Director: Michael, a graduate of Reading University, manages a farm in Colchester and is a former Chairman of the Essex Agricultural Society. He brings his twin passions of diversification and conservation into his role.

• Kate Jennings, Head of Planning and Rural: Kate is a chartered town planner, chartered surveyor, and registered agricultural valuer with expertise in planning and rural matters. She leads our Rural Planning team and has successfully handled planning enforcement work.

• Paul Walker, Head of Agency: A graduate of Harper Adams Agricultural College, Paul heads the Agency team and has invaluable experience in a wide range of land, property, and development transactions. He is also active in Essex Scouts and Danbury Scouts.

• David Milbourn, Head of Valuation and Renewables: David, a University of Plymouth and Royal Agricultural College graduate, heads the Valuation and Renewables teams. He is also the administrator of the Rochford Hundred Ploughing Match.

• Anthony Hicks, Head of Commercial: Anthony, a Seale Hayne graduate, leads our Commercial team in the Rayleigh office and administers local farm competitions.

• Matt Gill, Development Director: Matt has over 20 years of experience working for developers and house builders and is responsible for the Development Team at Whirledge & Nott.
