Disappointing Experience
The reviews highlight a series of issues with the services offered by this company. The most significant problem was the miscommunication regarding the availability of the van, which led to Jack having to take a larger one that he was uncomfortable with. Furthermore, the van had a faulty door that prevented him from locking it, which forced him to return the vehicle six hours later.
Compounding Issues
To make matters worse, Jack was not able to repair the faulty door during his initial rental period. This meant that he had to find a solution for securing the vehicle overnight, which proved to be a challenge. He attempted to park the van close to a fence to protect it, but misjudged the distance and accidentally damaged the near side.
Disappointing Outcome
The final straw came when Jack returned the van and was informed that he would have to pay a 500 waiver for the minor cosmetic damages. This led him to express his disappointment and frustration with the company, feeling that they did not care about the customer.
