Our Team
Our team of experienced security specialists is led by Managing Director Jennifer Horan, who has been with the company for almost twenty years. Our Operations Manager, Owen Williams, has over 15 years of experience in both national companies and SMEs in the fire and security industry. Rachel Turone is our Financial Officer and has been in the industry for over 10 years. Senior Project Engineer Alan Cook has over 25 years' experience in the industry. The last member to join the IDS team is Andrew Saltmarshe, who has been involved in the management of installation and maintenance companies for over 30 years. Our engineering team has also amassed many years of experience in the field.

We have a philosophy of ensuring that all of our engineers receive the very best continual training. All IDS engineers have been trained and certified by the FIA (Fire Industry Authority), and are verified by all of our suppliers. This ensures that we deliver quality installations and after-sales service to our customers every time.
