• Fixed Price Drain Unblocking: We offer a genuine fixed price of 110 plus VAT to unblock a drain, toilet, or sink at a single domestic property in our local area during normal working hours. This price includes the use of high-pressure water jetting and other machines, checking and clearing associated drains, and a final camera inspection of the section that was blocked.

• CCTV Drain Surveys and Investigations: We provide CCTV drain surveys and investigations, including pre-purchase and sewer buildover surveys, drain tracing, and rat infestation investigations. Our CCTV cameras are equipped with the latest technology to provide detailed and accurate results.

• High-Pressure Water Jetting: We use high-pressure water jetting to clear blockages and clean pipes. This is an effective method for removing grease, scale, and other debris that can cause blockages.

• Drain Tracing and Investigations: We offer drain tracing and investigations to identify any issues with your drainage system, including locating lost items such as drain rods, keys, toys, and false teeth.

• Descaling Cast Iron Pipes: We can descale cast iron pipes to remove mineral deposits that can cause blockages and reduce the flow of water.
