In 1925, the process was introduced into the UK and applied exclusively by Turnerised Roofing Co (Great Britain) Ltd, operating on a nationwide basis.

Throughout the years, the company has undergone several changes to adapt to market forces and ensure its survival. These changes have allowed the company to continually evolve and improve its services to its valued clients. In 1991, the company underwent a significant change, resulting in the demerger of various parts of the business, ultimately giving birth to TRC (Midlands) Ltd.
