Our 11-Step Treatment Process

Our thorough cleaning process consists of the following steps:

• Free collection service
• Rug inspection and assessment
• Extraction of grit and dry soiling
• Zero dry time extraction of oil and greased-based dirt
• PH test to ensure colour stability
• Full emersion wash in the Rug Spa
• Complete rug rinse
• Centrifuge drying
• Fumigation using bactericidal treatment
• Fringe finishing and final inspection
• Fringe grooming and pile rejuvenation
• Packing and delivery back to the customer
