Services

We offer a range of services designed to support you throughout your project. Our services are based on the RIBA Plan of Work, a standard plan of action that can be adapted to suit any project. Our services include:

• Free Consultation: A one-hour consultation to discuss your ideas and get feedback, as well as a quote for our fees.
• RIBA stages 0-4B Feasibility Study: A feasibility study that explores a range of ideas and looks at the practicalities too, giving you confidence to proceed with a full project if appropriate.
• RIBA stages 0-2 Full Service: A traditional architectural service that supports you throughout your project, with fees quoted on a lump sum or percentage of the build cost.
• RIBA stages 0-7 Planning & Building Regulations: A service that provides planning and building regulations drawings and applications, with fees quoted on a sliding scale based on the estimated build cost.
• Additional Services: We can offer advice on sustainability issues, as well as working with a range of other consultants, such as engineers, SAP providers, and planning consultants.
