Experience you can trust, surveys you can rely on.
At AMG Surveyors, we take pride in our 20 years of experience in providing top-notch property surveys and valuations to our clients in the North West. Our team, led by Antony Goodman, a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), RICS Regulated Valuer, and Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA), is committed to delivering exceptional service and value for money.
Our Services
We specialise in Commercial Energy Assessments, which were introduced in 2008, and residential survey work throughout the North West. Our services include:
- Level 3 & 4 Commercial Energy Assessments
- Homebuyers Reports
- Private Valuation Reports
- Specific Defects Reports
Commercial EPCs & Residential Surveys
Since 1st October 2008, property owners and landlords are legally required to provide an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for all or part of a building that is due to be sold, let, assigned, or modified, subject to a few exceptions. Failure to produce an EPC before exchange of contracts could result in a fine of 12.5% of the rateable value of the building up to a maximum of 5,000. We provide competitive quotations for EPCs and are willing to discuss rates for repeat business.
Residential Surveys & Valuations
We also provide private residential property surveys throughout the North West for a variety of circumstances. Depending on individual requirements, we are able to produce Homebuyers Reports, Valuation Reports, and Building Surveys. On a more specialist level, we can offer Condition or Defects Reports.
Our Commitment
At AMG Surveyors, we pride ourselves on our commitment to customer satisfaction and providing value for money. Our team of experts is dedicated to delivering considered reports tailored to the requirements of each client within a reasonable timeframe.
