At Studio Winter Chartered Architect, we take pride in providing exceptional architectural design services to our clients. Our practice, based in Liskeard, Cornwall, is fully equipped with the latest IT and CAD software, as well as traditional drawing and presentation techniques, enabling us to work efficiently on projects of any scale. Our team consists of qualified and support staff with a wide range of complimentary skills, allowing us to offer a comprehensive service to our clients.

Our Services

We understand that every project is unique, and therefore, we offer tailored services to meet the specific needs and requirements of each client. From initial feasibility studies to full architectural design services, and anything in between, we adapt our services to suit the brief of each client. Our flexible working process allows us to approach each project individually, taking into account the specific requirements of the client, site, and building type.

Our services include project appraisal, feasibility studies, measured building surveys, concept schemes, sketch schemes, scheme design, development planning, and more. We also offer CDM Co-ordination services to clients whose projects are 'notifiable' under the CDM Regulations. Our goal is to deliver high-quality designs that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

Meet Our Team

Our practice is owned and managed by Chris Munson RIBA PGDip(Arch)Cons, BA(Hons)Arch, RMaPS. Chris has a wealth of experience in architectural design, having worked on a diverse range of projects, including private houses, barn conversions, listed buildings, and large retail developments. He is committed to designing solutions that complement the site, and has a reputation for delivering high-quality designs that meet his clients' needs.
