Our People

• Ian Williams, Managing Director: With over 35 years' experience in construction, Ian has been with Warden since 2000 and was appointed managing director in 2021 after a management buy-out.
• Adrian Atkinson, Commercial Director: Adrian started his career with Warden in 1990 on an industrial placement and returned after completing his degree. He is a chartered quantity surveyor with over 30 years' experience in the construction industry.
