Rees Architectural Services Ltd is a Chartered Architectural Practice based in Pembrokeshire, Wales. Our practice started as the trading name of Richard Rees BSc (Hons) MCIAT in mid-2009. In 2014, we became chartered with the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technology. By 2020, the company was incorporated under the name Rees Architectural Services Ltd. We are fully insured, licensed, and regulated to carry out architectural design and specification services.

Our Services

We provide a range of services including planning, architectural design, and construction detailing and specification. Our main area of work is domestic alterations, extensions, renovations, conversions, and new build dwellings. We can help you gain planning permission and building regulations approval for your project. Our services include preparing pre-apps, outline, full, householder, conservation area, and reserved matters applications. We also carry out measured building surveys, basic level surveys, and produce 2D and 3D existing and proposed architectural plans to gain planning approval. Once you have planning approval, we can handle your building regulations approval as well, providing detailed construction drawings and specification and submitting these to the local authority building control department.
