Our service starts with an initial consultation at your home, where we take measurements and photos to evaluate your requirements. We encourage your input through pictures and ideas at this stage. After the consultation, we plan your project and draw up a quotation based on your specifications. Once you're happy with the quotation, we finalize your plans and discuss lead times for your project.

At Townley Joinery, we understand the importance of adhering to building regulations. For this reason, we do not self-certificate and instead work with your local council's building control. This ensures that an independent inspector gives a non-biased quality assessment of the work carried out on your property.
