Based in west London, our RIBA chartered practice was founded in 2019 by Federico Schilling, an architect with 20 years of experience across residential, retail, and hospitality projects.

About Our Founder
Flair Studio was founded by Federico Schilling, who is ARB and RIBA chartered in the UK. He qualified as an architect in Milan in 2001 and worked extensively in Hamburg and Milan, moving to London in 2014, where he worked at David Collins Studio before founding Flair Studio in 2019. Federico has gained extensive experience in high-end interior design, particularly within the retail field, leading the retail development for brands such as Ermenegildo Zegna and Roberto Cavalli on a variety of projects.
