Peter Humphrey Associates Ltd was established in 1989 by Peter Humphrey, since then the practice has become a household name in the local area for architectural services and has developed a vast knowledge of the local area, its buildings and clients. The core architects and technicians that make up the team have been with the practice for between 15-30 years. The practice is based in Wisbech and primarily covers projects across Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Lincolnshire, this occasionally spreads nationwide for projects in partnership with clients, local contractors and timber frame suppliers. Due to the practice's location close to the border of 3 counties, a wide range of work is undertaken by the practice, from domestic, commercial, education and industrial.

Our services include architectural services, initial concepts, feasibility studies and pre-app enquiries with local authorities, planning applications, retrospective planning applications, listed building consent applications, building regulation applications, regularisation building regulation applications, measured surveys and preparation of 'existing' plans, conveyancing and land registry compliant drawings, SAP calculations and EPC's, planning/design statements, planning/enforcement appeals, and advice on potential developments.
