Our expert team provides a full service, from a free initial site visit and survey to the drawing up of architectural designs, planning applications, negotiations with local authority planning departments, and final building inspection and completion certificate. We can work with your own architects' plans or offer "shell-only" options. With our extensive building experience, we can overcome complex problems associated with loft conversions in an effective and affordable way.
