Our story begins with our Managing Director, Trevor Barnes, who has been involved in the construction industry for nearly 40 years. Trevor's uncle, Harold "Harry" Barnes, was the inspiration behind the company name. A man with traditional values and a vision to start his own company. Although his ambitions were cut short by his tragic death during World War II, Trevor's dedication to his uncle's values has driven him to build a reputable company that delivers high-quality projects.

1. Initial meeting to discuss the project, your aims, budget, and timeline

2. Providing a budget sum based on drawings and specifications

3. Tweaking specifications and prices to arrive at an agreed figure

4. Signing a contract and agreeing on the project schedule

5. Commencing works on site

6. Snagging completed buildings
