Meet the Founder - Mike Franks

With over three decades of experience in the construction and property industry, Mike Franks is a seasoned professional. After graduating from Liverpool John Moores University with a Honours degree in Building Surveying in 1996, Mike went on to gain professional membership to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 1999.

Throughout his illustrious career, Mike has worked for prominent private practices in London, Liverpool, and Manchester, before establishing Franks Associates in 2004. His broad and deep knowledge of various aspects of Building Surveying has led to him becoming a sought-after expert in party wall surveying, with a particular interest in matters relating to high-end residential properties in central London. Mike is also an active member of the North West branch of The Pyramus & Thisbe Society (formerly The Pyramus & Thisbe Club) and has served as its Treasurer.
