Excellent Customer Service and Problem Resolution
One customer, Lynne Ross, had a highly positive experience with Hewitt's, resolving a 12-month-old issue with a "drain" smell in her ensuite shower room. She thanked Diane and Dave for their advice, which helped her resolve the problem.
Poor Quality of Work and Customer Service
On the other hand, several customers had a poor experience with Hewitt's. Kieron Bradshaw was unhappy with the quality of work, citing a leaking plug in a bath they installed, and poor service. Borobengal had multiple issues, including a missing part on their gas boiler, poor plumbing in their WC, and other problems, advising others to avoid the company.
Unprofessional Behavior
