Northcott Building Contractors Ltd was established in 1990 by its owner Carl Northcott, and has grown over the past three decades, taking on more staff and larger and more complex projects. Based in Seaton, Devon, many of our projects can be seen within a 30-mile radius. We specialise in bespoke, one-off, new build and full renovation projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality finishes and complex technical solutions to meet our clients' ambitious designs.

We offer a comprehensive range of services, including design and build projects, unique developments, builds with a view, high-quality finishes, and complex and detailed builds. Our experienced team comprises of skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, masons, plasterers, ground workers, and decorators, allowing us to control most trades in-house. This enables us to deliver exceptional quality and attention to detail in every aspect of our work. We also have a well-established supply chain in the local area, which allows us to call upon different subcontractors, suppliers, and builder's merchants for specialist installations and finishes required for our projects.
