• Consultation (Feasibility Design, Surveys, Costing and Viability): We analyse your proposal and produce sketch designs to confirm project feasibility. We conduct a full measured survey of the site, produce 'existing' drawings, and provide a detailed analysis of the project's viability.

• Regulatory Approvals (Sketch Design, Planning, Working Drawings): We create sketch designs that consider the potential and scope of your design, prepare a full set of planning drawings, and submit them to the local authority. We also produce building regulation drawings that are fully compliant with the most recent building regulations.

• Construction (Construction Information, Tender, Contract & Project Supervision): We prepare full working drawings, specifications, and tender documents to enable contractors to produce a comprehensive quote. We draw up the appropriate contracts between the client and contractor, and provide site supervision to ensure the project is completed to the required standards.
