Our Commitment to Apprenticeships

PGM Carpentry Contractors is deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of skilled carpenters through our comprehensive apprenticeship program. We believe in providing a structured and comprehensive learning experience that equips apprentices with the knowledge, skills, and industry experience they need to thrive in their carpentry careers. Our two-year apprenticeship program ensures apprentices gain a Level 2 NVQ qualification and a coveted CSCS card, validating their competence. The program also includes a valuable year of on-the-job guidance from our experienced apprenticeship team, supporting apprentices as they transition from trainees to skilled professionals.
