Our Story

Our founder, Max Marshall, was inspired by design from a young age and was making and creating in his grandfather's workshop from as young as 8 years old. After studying woodworking at school, Max went on to design and create the Eco Hubb, a multi-functional garden room made from sustainable materials. This project received a lot of attention, and Max then went on to do an apprenticeship in cabinet making to refine and perfect his skills. Following this, Max Marshall Design was created, specializing in bespoke modern furniture. Over time, the business has evolved, and now focuses on luxury, bespoke kitchens in Devon and Cornwall.
