Our History

Plug and Chain was established by Steve Bartin, a qualified plumbing and heating engineer with over two decades of experience in the industry. Steve's success can be attributed to his attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction, with repeat business from existing clients and referrals from new clients being the backbone of our business.

Our Showroom

In 2005, Steve opened a specialist bathroom showroom in Tiverton, showcasing premium bathroom materials and showcasing expert design and installation services. The showroom has since relocated to The Courtyard in Taunton, offering a luxurious boutique-like experience with high-end products that boast stunning finishes and long lifespans. As official suppliers of Porcelanosa tiles, Grohe brassware, Silverdale and Waters sanitary ware, Aqata shower enclosures, Vado accessories, and Bisque and JCR radiators, among other exclusive brands, our showroom is the ultimate destination for those seeking luxury bathrooms.
