The process of acquiring our services is simple. Contact Betty to schedule a free, no-obligation appointment with Chris. He will visit you to gather information needed to prepare a free estimate and quotation. You will receive the estimate within a week of his visit, and the quote is valid for up to 28 days from that date. Once you have accepted the quote, you will receive a confirmation form, which must be signed and returned within 28 days.
Guarantees and Deposits
We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. All repair work is guaranteed for at least a year, with some guarantees extending up to 15 years, depending on the work carried out. Unlike other roofing companies, we do not take deposits upfront. Instead, we require payment within seven days of the work being completed, unless otherwise stated.
