Our journey began over 20 years ago when our founder, Suzanne Merrells, started working as the manager of Ollerton Hall Decor Services. Over the years, Suzanne and her colleague, Jane Crowley, gained invaluable experience in the industry, developing a keen eye for detail and a commitment to exceptional customer service. In 2010, the pair decided to establish their own business, Ollerton Rugs & Carpets, following the retirement of the owner of Ollerton Hall Decor Services.
