Kingston Construction Hampshire Ltd was established in 1991. We are a family-run company with two Directors, Mr Guy Kingston and Mrs Claire Kingston. Guy has worked solely within the building industry as a craftsman and has benefitted from the expertise generated from 3 generations within this industry. Our company undertakes a wide range of projects, including new homes, extensions, refurbishments, listed buildings, and maintenance. We have worked for private clients, landowners, the Church of England Children's Society, and industry.

As a company, we are members of the National House Building Council (NHBC) and are happy to become involved at any stage from the conception of an idea to the completion of the final project. We embrace modern technology within the industry while also having the wealth of experience to build using traditional techniques. We are Warranted Builders within the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) and carry a Public and Employer Liability Insurance. Additionally, we are registered carriers of waste under the Control of Pollution Act.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of services, including new builds, extensions, refurbishments, and renovations. For new builds, we provide a full 10-year warranty and can involve ourselves at any stage of the building process, from design to completion. Our refurbishment services include electrics, plumbing, glazing, and carpentry, ensuring that the area is updated and modernized. Extensions and renovations cover a variety of work, such as new walls being built or removed to create internal structural alterations.
