Welcome to Elstree Property Maintenance Ltd, a family-run business established in 1997 with a combined experience of 58 years. Our company was founded by Phil Davies and his son Dean Davies, who initially provided maintenance services to Elstree Film Studios, working with production companies such as Big Brother, Who Wants to be a Millionaire, and Dancing on Ice.

Over the years, we have expanded our client base to include local authorities, social services, and commercial organisations. Our professional approach and individual understanding of each client's needs have earned us a reputation for providing a fast and competitive service.

• Carpentry: All aspects of carpentry and joinery works, including fitted kitchens and bedrooms, new skirting boards, architraves, and supply, fitting, and easing of doors.

• Bathrooms: The removal and installation of complete bathrooms, including all associated works.
