Our residential services include providing a "Turn-Key" project for private clients and developers. We have a strong and successful track record, with over 20 years of experience in building individual bespoke homes for large estates. We provide a service for listed/period properties, insurance work, refurbishment, extensions, and renovations of all kinds. Our key features include clear itemised quotes, coupled with an equally clear schedule of when the work will be undertaken. We include complete integration between Architects, Structural Engineers, Surveyors, and Interior Designers, thus allowing continued progress on projects without unnecessary delay. We are also able to offer full design and planning services from initial concepts through to Building Regulations and on-site working drawings. This means that, if desired, our clients need only deal with one company in delivering all aspects of their project. We aspire to build innovative structures to suit the client's individual needs, keeping the project cost-effective, on time, and within budget.

Commercial/Insurance

Our commercial services include building projects within hotels, restaurants, pubs, schools, and community centres. We have experience working in occupied premises to restricted timescales and outside of normal working hours. We are able to provide a full scope of services to the insurance sector, working closely with insurance firms and surveyors to refurbish and renovate properties affected by fire, flood, and structural repairs. We understand the challenging issues faced when working in this industry and can guarantee peace of mind through our professional and sensitive approach.
