The Process

Once the design is finalized, we prepare and submit a planning application to the Local Authority. Once planning approval is granted, we prepare a building regulation application and assist with contractor selection. Finally, we administer the construction process, ensuring that your project is completed to the highest standards.
Our Team
Reigate Architects was founded in 2011 by Simon Walter, an experienced architect with an MSc in Environmental Design and a member of the Green Register of Construction Professionals. Our team of six residential and commercial architects, plus support staff, have a wealth of experience in delivering a wide range of projects.
