The company was unable to fix a Kingspan water tank that was losing pressure, and it took another plumber to resolve the issue. Additionally, the overflow wasn't connected properly, and a pipe connection came apart in the winter. To make matters worse, a newly installed toilet was not fitted correctly, resulting in a leak through the ceiling.
