Our Services
We provide a complete suite of services, encompassing all stages of a project from inception to completion. This includes initial feasibility studies and surveys, detailed architectural design, meticulous preparation of planning applications, Listed Building consents, and Building Regulation submissions.
Furthermore, we assist with the creation of schedules and specifications, procure cost estimates through our appointed Quantity Surveyor, manage the tender process, and offer on-site supervision to ensure that projects are executed to the highest standards. Our expertise extends to handling Planning and Listed Building Appeals, providing clients with continued support when navigating potentially challenging situations.
Our Director
Anne Lloyd Morris, Dip TP, DipConsAA, MRTPI, IHBC, is the director of Heritage Planning & Architecture. Anne brings over 30 years of experience in planning and architecture to the company. Her education at the Polytechnic of Central London in Town & Country Planning and the Architectural Association School of Architecture in Bedford Square, London, has instilled in her a deep understanding of the built environment and its historical context.
After gaining extensive experience working for a firm of architect/planners in London, Anne transitioned to local government, serving as a Conservation Officer in Hampshire, Herefordshire, and the Cotswolds for 15 years. This hands-on experience working with listed buildings and conservation areas provided her with invaluable insights into the regulations, challenges, and rewards of heritage preservation.
