Our journey began with my background in antiques. In 1987, I started working for Dunkley Antiques before establishing my own business in Hawkley and later, in Liss Forest. During my time in the antique business, it became clear to me how important it was to handle items with care and attention to detail. This expertise has been carried over to our removal service, where the care and attention to detail are paramount.

As the owner of Hughes-Stanton Removals, I like to be involved in all aspects of the removal process, ensuring that every customer receives a personal and careful service. I am married to Niki, who runs our office and handles all the administrative tasks. We work together to ensure that every move is carried out with the utmost care and attention to detail.
Our Services
Our removal service starts with an initial contact from yourself, either by email or phone. We will discuss your removal needs and provide a quote based on the complexity of the move. If you decide to use our services, we will book your move for the agreed time and date. On the appointed hour, we will arrive at your location to begin the move. We understand that time constraints and stress can be overwhelming, so we ensure that we are always on time and of good spirit during the removal process.
Local and Long-Distance Moves
As well as local moves in and around Petersfield, we also undertake long-distance moves, including moves to and from London, Bristol, and across the South of England. We have successfully carried out moves as far afield as Scotland and Cornwall and on a more local basis, we cover all the towns and villages surrounding Petersfield.

We offer a full packing service, and we supply boxes, which we can bring with us or deliver to your door before the moving date. Our team of experienced staff is committed to ensuring that your belongings are packed and transported with the utmost care.
