Robson Walsh LLP is a multi-disciplined Chartered Surveying Practice regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Our company has been in operation since 1996, when our senior partners, Phil Robson, Maurice Walsh, and Nigel O'Doherty, came together to form the practice. Since then, we have grown and adapted to the changing challenges of modern construction and regulation.

• Phil Robson, FRICS, with over 25 years of experience in general practice surveying and specializing in structural repair, envelope and decent homes work, CDM coordinator, and party wall surveyor.
• Maurice Walsh, MRICS BSc, with over 30 years of experience in general practice surveying and specializing in expert witness on litigation matters, valuations, right to buy, compulsory purchase, building surveys, and dilapidations.
• Mark Donaldson, ICIOB BSc (Hons), with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in surveys, preparation of specifications and tender documentation, contract administration, site supervision, project management, and quality control.
• Sharan Douglas, MRICS MFPWS MSc, with over 10 years of experience as a building surveyor and specializing in IT support, autocad design, specification, contract administration, party wall, and project management.
