Although we have both Options and Promotion contracts within our portfolio, Provectus is unique in the way in which we work in collaboration with land and building owners on a joint venture basis. Joint ventures form the majority of our projects to date and, unlike the traditional Option route, joint ventures allow our land and building partners to maximize the return from their own assets in an informed and transparent manner.
