Poor Quality and Service
Many customers have had disappointing experiences with Medina, despite their products being excellent in terms of quality and price. However, the installation service has been a significant issue, with several customers reporting poorly implemented products, including unpainted areas, incorrect lock installation, and missing fixing screws.

The customer was also unhappy with the cheap sliding mechanism and key locks, which were incorrectly installed. Two years after installation, the external paint began to bubble and crack, and the customer was told that this was within the two-year warranty.
