Welcome to GAC Environmental Ltd, a building service contractor established in 2010. Our team brings together a wealth of experience in all aspects of the industry, encompassing not only traditional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning but also refrigeration, heat pumps, heat recovery, and central plant. We provide full Design & Build mechanical services installation and partner with Electrical Design & Build contractors to offer a comprehensive M&E package if required.

Our services include complete Design & Build solutions or Installation & Co-Ordination for pre-designed projects. All designs are created using the latest versions of AutoCAD, Revit, and Hevacomp Design Software, engaging in BIM lead projects and incorporating BREEAM compliance as necessary. We pride ourselves on the personal attention to detail we offer every client, from initial enquiry to final completion and beyond.

With a strong focus on innovative design, sustainability, usability, and value for money, we cater to a comprehensive range of building services. Our dedicated project managers oversee every aspect of every project, from estimating and design to project management and final completion, ensuring that every detail is meticulously attended to. We have a skilled team of site operatives and subcontractors, including Pipefitting, Welding, Gas Installations (Gas Safe qualified), and Plumbing, enabling us to tackle projects of all sizes and complexities.
